Essential Duties & Responsibilities: ? Financial Strategy & Reporting • Manage and optimize monthly client financial reports, identifying opportunities to improve financial stability and profitability. • Provide strategic recommendations using company tools and technology. • Develop, refine, and implement improvements to financial reporting processes. • Build and maintain client budgets, forecasts, and profit plans. ? Client Advisory & Business Growth • Conduct quarterly financial reviews with clients, offering actionable insights and solutions. • Partner with business strategists to analyze client financials and recommend strategies for growth. • Educate clients on financial literacy in an impactful and empowering way. • Support client experience with proper documentation and reporting. ? Process Improvement & Compliance • Enhance and streamline financial reporting and compliance processes. • Ensure accuracy and adherence to financial best practices, while finding ways to make processes more effective. • Collaborate with leadership to identify and resolve financial challenges proactively. ? Marketing & Business Development (For Full-Time Growth) • Support client acquisition efforts through networking and lead generation. • Assist in the growth of the fractional CFO client base through strategic business development. • Work with the leadership team to expand service offerings and refine pricing strategies. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in business finance, financial planning, and reporting. • Strong understanding of cash and accrual reporting, business structures (S Corp, C Corp, LLC, Sole Proprietorship), and multiple industries. • Highly analytical with a strategic mindset—you don’t just report numbers, you find ways to improve them. • Excellent digital and virtual communication skills—you can clearly explain financial insights to clients. • Tech-savvy and adaptable—experience with financial forecasting in Excel and Google Sheets is a must. • CPA not required, but CPA candidate preferred. • Must reside in Texas.
