Our client, located in North Dallas is a growing benefits brokerage firm! They are growing their team and need a strong Benefits Analyst! Are you analytical, love Excel and have a passion for numbers? If so, this role is for you! The Financial Analyst will support the Account Managers to gather rates, get quotes from partnering carriers, etc., compare those quotes and make recommendations to the Account Managers for presentation to their clients. Qualifications: • 5-8 years working in a benefits brokerage house is REQUIRED • Must have knowledge of health benefits also ACA requirements • Experience with self funded programs is a high preference • Must be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel - experience with formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP's - charts and graphs would be a plus • Must have a sense of urgency, eye for detail and deadline driven • Excellent communicator - will be communicating with carriers and others within the company to include C suite Qualified candidates should submit a word formatted resume to [email protected].
