Responsibilities • Hands-on training to facilitate learning with guided mentorship • Group project in collaboration with other interns to analyze and evaluate business opportunity • Contributing to business strategy • Identifying and evaluating ongoing profit-generating opportunities • Providing business and analytical project support for critical finance initiatives • Collaborating with experienced financial professionals to manage and execute projects to be used in developing TJX strategy • Performing your own analysis projects • Working cross functionally within other areas of TJX, such as Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, and Marketing • Creating and presenting projects, reports, and communications for Senior Management Requirements • Current juniors or sophomores • Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (other majors may be considered) • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually • Experience working with numbers • A high level of curiosity • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Detail oriented • Proficiency in Excel (i.e., pivot tables, charts, v-look up, etc.) Benefits • Hybrid work model • Housing benefits for those who qualify • Competitive salary and benefits package Apply tot his job
