Financial Analyst - REMOTE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of corporate finance principles. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide business intelligence insights and help positively impact the bottom line! Duties... • Work as a liaison between Finance and Operations - learning the business from start to finish. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations of cost-saving measures. • Build and implement effective financial and performance-related reporting, in partnership with business leaders. • Analyze data from multiple sources and compile it into dashboards, reporting, and ongoing analyses as needed to validate and support business decisions. • Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts). Experience: • 2 year college degree required • 4 year degree a plus (Finance and Accounting concentration) • Proven experience in corporate finance or financial analysis role • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumifs, etc.) • Ability to conduct quantitative research and interpret financial data accurately Preferred Skills: • Highly motivated self-starter with impeccable organization skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy - do you thrive on deadlines? • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving skills. • TEAMWORK!
