As a Financial Analyst at Averro, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support our business operations and growth strategies. Responsibilities: Utilize your minimum of 1 year relevant experience to establish standard costs and collect operational data for comprehensive cost analysis. Analyze actual financial results against plans and forecasts to identify and explain variances. Guide the cost analysis process by enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts, and recommending actionable steps to optimize financial performance. Monitor financial trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend strategic actions to management. Reconcile financial transactions by meticulously comparing and correcting data. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the financial database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Provide insightful analysis by interpreting data, conducting comparative analyses, and studying proposed changes in methods and materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automated accounting applications that enhance productivity. Uphold confidentiality by securely handling sensitive financial information. Contribute to the overall success of the team by accomplishing related tasks and results. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis or related roles. Technology Requirements: Proficiency in Advanced Excel, intermediate SQL, and familiarity with PowerBI. Typical Day: Your day will involve working with forecasting models to provide accurate financial insights and support decision-making. Preferred Background: Prior work experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the telecom or high-tech industry.
