Financial Controller – Industrial Services

Job Description: • We’re looking for a **Financial Controller** to join our growing team, focused on supporting a portfolio of industrial services companies. • This hands-on role requires active involvement in the financial operations of small to medium-sized businesses and a deep working knowledge of the Industrial Services Sector. • You’ll be responsible for the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, inventory oversight, and advising leadership teams while identifying opportunities for improved systems, processes, and profitability. • Serve as a trusted advisor to multiple restaurant and retail business presidents, tailoring financial insights to their operational needs. • Lead full-cycle accounting operations including A/P, A/R, GL, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and payroll. • Manage month-end and year-end closes, including reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and deferred revenue adjustments. • Prepare trial balances, variance analyses, and financial reporting dashboards using OneStream or similar platforms.
