Join Our Team as a Financial Planner
Illumination Wealth is seeking a Financial Planner to guide high-net-worth clients, primarily entrepreneurs and business owners, through complex and integrated financial planning. In this role, you'll work closely with Lead Advisors and Associate Planners, playing an essential part in delivering exceptional, team-based client experiences. We are seeking a CFP with technical strength, a genuine passion for building client relationships, and a desire to keep growing professionally. Summary of Responsibilities
• Preparing client meeting agendas and supporting materials.
• Presenting recommendations in client meetings and providing follow-up.
• Conducting thorough analyses across financial planning areas (cash flow, goal planning, investments, tax, estate planning).
• Creating and maintaining financial plans using eMoney.
• Take the lead on answering routine client questions.
• Assisting clients with implementing recommendations and coordinating with external advisors (tax, insurance, estate planning).
• Developing and refining SOPs, checklists, and coaching associate advisors.
Required Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Financial Planning or a related field
• 3-7 years in financial planning or wealth management
• CFP® designation
Preferred Qualifications and Ideal Attributes
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
• Pursuit of a long-term career in financial planning.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong problem-solver, self-starter, and a team player with excellent communication skills and a “no job is beneath me” attitude.
• Proficient with eMoney financial planning software and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Experience conducting client meetings via Zoom.
• Strong Excel skills.

Employment Type: Full-time, remote
Salary: $85,000 to $130,000
Target Bonus: $17,500 to $26,000
