About the position Responsibilities • Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resources required to complete the project successfully. • Manage the project team and ensure that all project activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget. • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, core team members, and the extended project team to ensure that project goals are met. • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members. • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently. • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that project processes are followed consistently. • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring that they are properly documented and approved. • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed, and that the project is closed out in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements • 5-10 years of Project Management experience • Experience managing Finance system projects is a must • Minimum experience with 5 full Project Life Cycles (preferably with MNCs) • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Expertise in using Project Planning Management tools • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to clearly and concisely convey information to stakeholders of all levels • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals • Good time management skills to manage your own time and the time of team members to ensure project deadlines are met • Problem-solving skills to effectively identify and solve problems that arise during the project, including thinking creatively, identifying potential solutions, and making informed decisions • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, working independently with a proactive approach to tasks.
