Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team in Santa Barbara, CA. This role involves supporting customers through inbound calls, preparing for licensing exams, and developing skills for a career in financial services while working in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Support customers taking inbound calls
- Answer questions about account balances
- Make withdrawals and transfer funds
- Identify resources and place trades
- Work from home and spend one day per week in the Investor Center
- Obtain FINRA licenses including SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66
- Build and solidify skills in customer service
- Develop new skills and connect with colleagues
- Join the wealth management development track
