Position Overview We're seeking fun, smart, and nice individuals with experience in: • Monthly transactions and reconciliations using QBO, Xero, and other software. • Accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll management. • Additional tasks based on your skills and interests. Desired Skills (Nice-to-Haves) • Tax preparation, payroll setup, and sales tax experience. • Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage, or other accounting software. • Accrual accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliation. • HR or operations background is a plus.
