Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to meet Delta Airlines' grooming and appearance standards. Must meet height and physical requirements to ensure the safety and functionality of the cabin.
