Employee Engagement: Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and diversity. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience as an HR Partner or similar HR role in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite. A passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement.
