This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role and build out a best-in-class hiring function.Key Responsibilities:Own the full-cycle recruiting process for specialized Web3/blockchain roles across various disciplines, specifically including Engineering.Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent in a niche, highly competitive market.Partner with leadership to refine hiring strategies and ensure alignment with long-term business goals.Elevate the employer brand through thoughtful and strategic candidate engagement.Essential Requirements:Proven experience recruiting in Web3 / Blockchain / FinTech.Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the recruiting function.Experience balancing hands-on sourcing with strategic planning.Strong network and deep understanding of the Web3 talent ecosystem.Passion for the blockchain space and an ability to engage candidates authentically.Desirable Experience:Previous experience scaling recruitment in a high-growth tech startup.Exposure to sourcing and hiring methodologies tailored to decentralized or remote-first teams.Understanding of engineering hiring needs within blockchain infrastructure, cryptography, or security-focused organizations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply Job!
