We're looking for an experienced Fractional CMO to work closely with the founder of a growing UK health and wellness ecommerce brand. This is a part-time strategic role sitting above our creative team, helping us make smarter decisions across creative strategy, research, and overall growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Turning customer research, reviews, and market insights into winning angles, hooks, and headlines for our ad creative
- Providing creative direction and quality control across our team of designers and video editors
- Ensuring briefs are strong and output is on strategy before anything goes live
- Advising on how our broader marketing ecosystem fits together including email, content, and landing pages
- Working closely with the founder to shape and evolve our overall growth strategy

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing or CMO role, ideally within DTC ecommerce
- Strong understanding of performance creative and what makes ads actually convert
- Experience turning customer research into compelling creative strategy
- Someone who can give clear, confident direction to a creative team
- Comfortable advising across the full funnel including email, content, and landing pages
- Media buying experience is a bonus but not a requirement
