As we expand into AI-driven and CGI content creation, we’re seeking a Freelance AI Producer (Remote/Telecommute) to help manage cutting-edge projects for global brands. Position Summary As a Freelance AI Producer, you will coordinate and oversee the production of still and motion assets generated through AI and CGI workflows. This is a fully remote/telecommute position, and you’ll collaborate with creative directors, CGI artists, AI specialists, and brand clients across multiple time zones to ensure projects run smoothly from concept through final delivery. This role is ideal for someone with production experience who is eager to explore the intersection of creativity and technology. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination • Organize timelines, deliverables, and production workflows for AI/CGI projects • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to align briefs with execution Workflow Management • Coordinate between AI artists, CGI vendors, and post teams • Anticipate pipeline needs (modeling, rendering, upscaling, AI prompting) and flag potential issues Client & Team Liaison • Serve as a remote production contact for clients, ensuring expectations match creative/technical possibilities • Facilitate communication between creative leads and AI/CGI teams Budget & Tracking • Track project expenses, artist/vendor day rates, and asset counts • Support the team in staying within scope while maximizing efficiency Quality Control • Ensure deliverables meet luxury brand standards for polish and consistency • Oversee rounds of feedback and revisions on stills and motion assets Research & Trends • Stay informed on emerging AI/CGI tools, workflows, and creative applications • Bring forward new ideas to keep Slate’s AI work at the cutting edge Requirements Experience • 1–3 years in production, post-production, or CGI coordination • Exposure to AI or CGI workflows (prompting, rendering, or asset pipelines) preferred Skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication • Familiarity with project management tools and Google Workspace • Ability to adapt quickly in an evolving creative/technical landscape Personal Attributes • Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven • Excited to experiment and learn in a new creative domain Bonus Qualifications • Background in CGI, VFX, or AI image/video generation • Knowledge of tools such as Runway, Stable Diffusion, Unreal, Houdini, or Cinema4D • Experience managing budgets or working with remote creative teams Compensation • Project-Based: Competitive compensation per project, based on experience and scope Benefits • Fully remote / telecommute with flexible freelance scheduling • Work on cutting-edge AI/CGI projects for luxury brands • Opportunity for repeat collaborations with Slate’s creative and technical teams How to Apply To apply, please submit: • Your resume • A short cover letter explaining your interest in AI/CGI production • Relevant project samples or portfolio (if applicable) oZwcrxjjdG Apply tot his job
