We’re looking for AI Trainers with a distinct combination of finance experience, SQL knowledge, and English fluency to contribute to a complex Finance project. Every Mindrift project is unique, but tasks usually involve: Generate prompts that challenge AI. Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers. Correct the model’s responses based on your domain-specific knowledge. Apply your finance/accounting expertise in an innovative AI setting for a globally recognized client. Strengthen your SQL and data analysis skills through hands - on tasks. Gain early access to a pilot project with strong potential for scale and long-term collaboration. Requirements You have a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in finance or relevant area. You have a 3 years of professional experience ideally as analyst or in a relevant fields. Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above. You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines. Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
