Summary 'We are seeking a dedicated Freelance HR Consultant to support our human resources initiatives at Kinema Fitness. This role is vital in helping us develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with our mission of promoting wellness and performance in the workplace. 'Responsibilities' ' Develop and implement HR policies tailored to corporate wellness environments. • Advise on talent acquisition strategies to attract top wellness professionals. • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and evaluation processes. • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws. • Assist in workforce planning and organizational design. • Provide expertise on benefits administration and HRIS systems. • Facilitate training & development programs for staff. • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.' Qualifications' • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably within wellness or corporate environments. • Strong knowledge of employment law, FMLA, and labor regulations. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to advise on HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or UltiPro. • Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Experience with workforce management tools and talent acquisition. • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.' • Strong multi-state experience Please submit a cover letter and a resume Hours are on demand Job Type: Contract Pay: $125.00 - $150.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
