Freelance Paid Ads Specialists (Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) – IT Industry Focus

We are seeking three experienced Freelance Paid Ads Specialists to join our team and manage campaigns across Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn. Each specialist will focus on one platform, so please specify your primary area of expertise when applying. Our campaigns are centered around the IT/technology industry, and we’re looking for professionals with a proven track record of running ads in this space. Responsibilities: - Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns on your chosen platform (Reddit / X (Twitter) / LinkedIn). - Build effective targeting strategies to reach IT professionals, decision-makers, and niche communities. - Create compelling ad creatives and copy optimized for engagement and conversions. - Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and refine strategies to improve ROI. - Provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with our internal team to align campaigns with overall business goals. Requirements: - 4–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns. - Proven track record of running campaigns in the IT/technology sector. - Strong expertise in at least one platform (Reddit, X/Twitter, or LinkedIn Ads). - Based in India for better time-zone alignment. - Strong communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
