We’re a small content production studio working like a startup. We need a freelance recruiter & talent sourcer who can staff mostly freelance and part-time roles across creative, tech, and ops. You’ve done this before for small agencies or startups… not only big corporates. You know where to find good remote people, you care about value (above-average quality at sensible rates), and you screen for attitude… clear English, reliable communication, keeps deadlines. Typical roles: editor or motion, thumbnail or design, copy, web dev, automation tools, research assistant, light AR/AP, tech admin, PM-lite. How we’ll work: async… quick updates… simple shortlists with rates and start times. Time zone: Europe or Americas… South America welcome. Engagement: Flexible—hourly, per-hire, or a hybrid.
