French Reservation & Ticketing Agent

Job Summary: Auxillium is looking for a full-time Reservation Agent to join our team. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a desire to provide excellent customer service. Essential Functions: • Greet customers and make sure they are comfortable before their scheduled visit. • Answer any questions about the procedure of the procedure and answer any questions that the customer may have regarding the procedure. • Booking patients by entering their contact information, selecting the appropriate room key, and entering the patient’s information into our software. • Verify all details such as room number, name of hotel, and type of room are correct before confirming the room. • Confirm that all paperwork is completed and accurate before beginning the procedure. • Ensure that all paperwork is completed and accurate before beginning the procedure by completing all necessary forms and tasks required during your shift. • Ensure that all paperwork is completed and accurate before beginning the procedure by completing all necessary forms and tasks required during your shift. • Perform other duties as assigned by your manager to ensure that you are providing excellent customer service throughout your shift. Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Customer service experience preferred. • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work in a flexible environment with limited supervision. • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Must be able to meet attendance requirements of the Fort Lauderdale, FL government (Department of Transportation). • Must be able to pass a background check with no felony convictions in the last 5 years (preferred).
