Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to provide excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Key Responsibilities: • Check guests in and out by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys. • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally. • Manage cash drawer and process payments (room charges, cash, debit, or credit). • Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and organized. • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness for guests. • Provide guests with directions and information about the property and local attractions. • Answer guest calls, messages, and process requests or concerns. • Run daily reports and ensure the accuracy of information. • Assist guests with special requests and ensure their satisfaction. • Follow all company policies, and safety procedures, and maintain confidentiality of guest information. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations. • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and office software. • Ability to work well with others and develop positive working relationships. • Ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.
