The position is a permanent long term opportunity within the company. Ability to work remotely is possible for a couple of days per week. The Bookkeeper is responsible for all aspects of accounting. This position reports directly to the Vice President. You will oversee all accounts payable, accounts receivable, analyze inventory and purchase orders, perform bank deposits, weekly and monthly reporting as well as enter timecards into the payroll system. You will also work closely with the outside CPA for quarterly reporting.
