Global Accounting Firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Japanese-English bilingual Accounting Manager to lead the team in delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will oversee a team of professionals providing consulting, bookkeeping, payroll, company setup, internal control testing, and internal audit support services. Major Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals to provide high-quality service to Japanese clients. • Oversee consulting engagements related to accounting, including financial analysis, internal control testing, and risk assessments. • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, reports, and related documents. • Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards. • Provide expert guidance to clients on complex accounting issues. • Manage and coordinate internal and external audits. • Review and oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, offer guidance and training, and uphold service quality standards.
