Full-Time Delivery Associate

Schedule & Compensation • Hours: 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 6 days/week (Monday through Saturday) • Part Time Hours Are Available if Full 6 days does not work • Pay: $900/week Key Responsibilities • Daily Deliveries • Drive a variety of vehicles (Ford Transit up to a 24-foot box truck—no CDL required). • Complete around 15–30 small deliveries daily, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs. • Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner; handle inquiries or concerns quickly and kindly. • Loading & Unloading • Load your truck with the day’s orders, verifying correct items and quantities. • Unload deliveries at each location, ensuring items are handed off or placed correctly. • Safely lift and move boxes/packages throughout the day. • Vehicle Maintenance & Inspections • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness. • Keep the vehicle clean and organized. • Problem-Solving & Customer Care • Resolve delivery issues or customer concerns calmly and professionally. • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. • Additional Tasks • Maintain accurate records of deliveries (signatures, receipts, any discrepancies). • Assist with minor errands or tasks as needed. Qualifications & Requirements • Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record: No CDL required, but an excellent driving history is essential. • Customer Service Skills: Must be super friendly, patient, and professional when interacting with customers. • Detail-Oriented: Verify addresses, quantities, and orders accurately. • Physical Capability: Comfortable loading/unloading and lifting packages throughout the day. • Reliability & Punctuality: Timeliness is crucial; we rely on consistent, on-time deliveries. • Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written). • Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background screening.
