In this role, you will work with individuals across various age groups to help them develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients’ functional abilities and areas requiring intervention. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patients’ ability to perform daily activities. Therapeutic Intervention: Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patients’ motor skills, cognitive functions, and overall independence. Education and Training: Instruct patients and their families on the use of adaptive equipment and techniques to facilitate daily living. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
