This part-time position requires strong bookkeeping skills with a focus on cleaning up QuickBooks messes, while also offering training to client staff. If you have a knack for diving deep into client accounts and resolving issues, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: • Bookkeeping: • Review, clean up, and manage client QuickBooks records with precision. • Identify and correct inaccuracies in client financials. • Implement process improvements for better financial management. • Training: • Provide QuickBooks training to client accounting staff as needed. • Guide clients in improving their bookkeeping efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. • Extensive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks. • Proven ability to resolve complex bookkeeping... issues and clean up financial records. • Strong communication skills, proficient in QuickBooks and Zoom.
