We offer personalized support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience for our clients... Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Entry Level Assistant Bookkeeper. The Assistant Bookkeeper will be responsible for tasks such as maintaining company files, scanning paperwork, performing basic bookkeeping tasks using various accounting software, and other ad-hoc projects as needed. Plenty of room for growth and advancement. Qualifications • Bookkeeping and Accounting Software skills • Basic knowledge of accounting / GAAP principles • Basic knowledge of Quickbooks Online and/or Desktop • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Quickbooks Online Pro Advisor Certificate a plus Location: ON-SITE ONLY (may transition to hybrid / remote in the future) Hours: Flexible day time hours and days of the week.
