Full-Time Take Charge Remote Bookkeeper

FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER POSITION Nationally recognized, high-end interior design firm in Manhattan seeks a full-charge bookkeeper for a full-time, remote position. Ideally, the candidate would be located in Manhattan or the Tri-State area, so that occasional in-office visits could be accommodated. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Two years of experience are necessary. Duties will include, but will not be limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger Reconciliations, and various tasks assigned by the principal. Design Manager Software experience or similar software experience (Studio Designer, etc.) is highly preferred. However, anyone with strong bookkeeping skills will be considered. Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to take direction and to prioritize tasks, are essential. Looking for a team player willing to work as part of a fast-paced small team office.
