Multi-State Real Estate Portfolio – Washington, Mississippi, Florida
Remote – Preference for Applicants Located in the Americas (for time-zone alignment)
Our real estate and development group manages a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Washington, Mississippi, and Florida. We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Property Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations AND provide direct executive support on development, permitting, and administrative matters.
This is a long-term, full-time virtual role.
Due to the nature of our operations, preference will be given to applicants based in the Americas to ensure real-time communication and alignment with U.S. business hours.
• * Core Responsibilities **
Property Management
• Manage leasing workflows, including listing, tenant screening, onboarding, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and vendor scheduling.
• Track rent, delinquencies, and compliance with Washington, Mississippi, and Florida landlord-tenant rules.
• Maintain accurate digital records, bookkeeping logs, reports, and inspection documentation.
• Coordinate contractors, inspectors, and municipal contacts.
Executive & Development Support
• Assist the CEO with time-sensitive development tasks, regulatory filings, and municipal communications.
• Prepare forms, packets, and submissions for planning, zoning, permitting, and compliance.
• Coordinate schedules, communications, and follow-up with government offices and external vendors.
• Handle rapid-turnaround administrative tasks requiring precision, confidentiality, and judgment.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years professional property management experience.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site property portfolios.
• High accuracy in digital recordkeeping, document preparation, and organizational systems.
• Ability to work U.S. Pacific Time or overlapping hours.
• Demonstrated integrity and reliability—must be able to handle confidential information and high-value assets.
• Ability to pass background checks, identity verification, and reference screening.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience interfacing with U.S. municipal permitting or zoning offices.
• Familiarity with landlord-tenant compliance in multiple states.
• Prior coordination of contractors, vendors, and renovation workflows.
