FULL-TIME YOUTUBE SCRIPT WRITER (REMOTE) - FACELESS CHANNELS + AI WORKFLOW I’m looking for a full-time script writer to join my team for multiple faceless YouTube channels. We do use AI to speed up drafting — but this is NOT a “paste prompt, send output” role. I’ll give you a detailed script-generation prompt. Your job is to use it to generate a script, then read it like a real writer/editor and make it actually good. If the output is weak, you’ll rewrite the bad parts, or regenerate and rebuild until it’s 100% publish-ready. --- DAY-TO-DAY WORK • Generate scripts using the prompt I provide • Read the draft carefully and fix what AI usually messes up: • Boring hooks • Repetitive sections • Unnatural lines • Weak pacing / no flow • Parts that don’t feel human • If the draft still isn’t strong, regenerate or rewrite sections until it’s solid • For each niche/channel, I’ll send a separate prompt: • You’ll test the prompt and tell me if it’s producing the output we need • If it’s not, you’ll suggest improvements and we’ll refine it together --- WHAT I NEED FROM YOU • You understand the current faceless YouTube scene (what’s working right now, what competitors are doing, how scripts are structured for retention) • You can write scripts without AI too (AI is just a tool) • You know how to make scripts feel like they were written by a human who knows what they’re doing • You have real experience in faceless niches and can show results (portfolio videos with good views matter) • You know how to use tools like ChatGPT and Claude for scriptwriting, and you must have an active subscription to both --- ROLE DETAILS • Remote, full-time • Pay: $250/month • Bonus if videos perform well (bonus can go up to $1000/month) --- HOW TO APPLY (READ CAREFULLY) Start your message with: Shadow Ready Then send: • Your portfolio (scripts or video links) • 2–3 of your best faceless scripts • Channels you’ve worked on + views generated (approx is fine) Also pick any 2 competitor faceless channels in a niche you’ve worked in and answer: 1. What do they do well in their scripts? (hooks, structure, pacing, transitions, payoffs) 2. What would you improve or change to beat them? If you’re the kind of writer who can take an AI draft and turn it into something that feels competitive and clean, message me.
