Fully Remote Accountant: Small Business Experience

TGG Accounting is seeking to add a fully remote accountant to our sales team. The role revolves around discussing outsourced accounting with micro and small business owners. Compensation Range: $80K - $100K DOE + Commission (OTE $130K - $180K... KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): • Close at least 2 deals from leads you brought in, per month. Additional Metrics Tracked: • Respond to all internal and external communication within 8 business hours. • > 55% close rate on scoping proposals • 95% client retention in first 3 months of engagement Who You Are: • You have an extensive network of small and medium business owners (revenues between $5M-$50M). • You’re well-versed in accounting, financial strategy, and the specific needs of SMBs. • You’re a relationship builder who knows how to tailor solutions to different clients. • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and embrace freedom with accountability. • You’re charismatic, likable, and adept at managing both internal and external relationships.
