Responsibilities
• Drive recruitment for RN, LPN, CNA, Allied, and more with a focus on connection and communication via various channels.
• Push for better relationships by transitioning text-based interactions to phone calls to create meaningful connections.
• Manage a network of external candidates from sourcing to timekeeping, focusing on revenue generation and outstanding candidate experiences.
• Build relationships from scratch and leverage existing networks to deliver results in a challenging market.
Requirements
• Proven track record in recruitment, particularly in placing candidates in hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and persistence in overcoming recruitment challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire and influence candidates.
