Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage employee relations, recruitment, and organizational design while fostering a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our HR initiatives align with the overall business strategy. Responsibilities • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. • Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for development. • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Collaborate with management on organization design to optimize workforce efficiency. Skills • Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices. • Proficiency in data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively. • Experience with recruiting processes and talent acquisition strategies. • Familiarity with payroll systems (we use Gusto). • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across all levels of the organization. • Experience in contract management related to employment agreements and policies.
