Before applying, we encourage you to visit us to learn more: Website | X/Twitter | LinkedIn Responsibilities Portfolio Accounting: • Creation and ongoing maintenance of portfolio investment master records. • Processing of trades from centralized and decentralized exchanges. • Reconciliation of cash, positions, and profit & loss (P&L) across multiple exchanges, wallets, and custodians. • Valuation of investments across diverse asset classes. Fund/Investor Accounting: • Recording of fund operating expenses. • Reconciliation of operational bank accounts. • Calculation of investor-level fees, including management and performance fees. • Expertise in investor performance metrics, such as high-water marks, hurdle rates, and the crystallization of incentive fees. • Preparation of financial statements and portfolio schedules. Onboarding: • Assisting in the onboarding of new fund launches and client conversions. Experience and Skills: • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functionalities. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
