Roles We Typically Hire For:
Sales & Client Partnership
- Solution Leads — These Stitchers focus on landing new accounts. They understand what a brand is trying to accomplish with their marketing technology and make sharp, informed recommendations on how Stitch can help.
- Solution Consultants — Technical experts who work alongside Solution Leads and Client Partners to architect the right approach before the engagement even begins.
- Client Partners — Responsible for driving strategic growth and deepening relationships within a portfolio of accounts. They're trusted advisors who ensure our clients are always getting the most out of their partnership with Stitch.
Delivery Excellence
- Technical Architects — They architect and implement end-to-end integrations between Braze and the systems around it — CDPs, CRMs, data warehouses, middleware, and custom APIs. Client teams rely on them for architectural guidance, data flow design, and solving the hardest integration challenges.
- Solution Architects — Platform experts who lead the design of sophisticated Braze solutions from requirements through build and handoff. They push the boundaries of what's possible in Braze, think advanced Canvas orchestrations, Connected Content, Liquid logic, segmentation architecture, while also serving as trusted advisors clients call when they need strategic answers, not just execution.
- Marketing Project Managers — Our clients' go-to for all things campaign and project-related. They're the primary day-to-day contact during an engagement, keeping work moving, teams aligned, and clients consistently informed.
- Technical Producers — Stitch's multi-channel production experts. They lead technical execution of complex campaigns — owning advanced Liquid development, dynamic email builds, and front-end development. They push the boundaries of what Braze can do while leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and deliver client-ready work.
- Marketing Strategists — Stitch's strategic advisors to enterprise marketing and technology leaders. They lead lifecycle marketing strategy for our clients — turning data into insight, insight into strategy, and strategy into measurable business impact. They design customer journeys, build multi-year martech roadmaps, and serve as trusted partners at the VP and C-suite level.

Requirements
- Availability to travel around 20% if you are interested in a client-facing role
- Ability to travel to our headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana for an in-person onboarding experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship now or in the future
