General Labor / Day Porter / Maintenance

At Tross Build and Maintenance we're looking for a Day-Porter to join our team.

$18.50/hour

We are looking for a day-porter to join our fast-growing team. We are a property management company that offers a variety of services to our clients including accounting, administrative, maintenance, housekeeping, Concierge, and security personnel.

Job Scope:

• Follow daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and less frequent check sheets to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and properly checked off.
• Clean buildings' common areas and equipment and perform basic maintenance needs.
  
• Project a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to stoop, stand, balance, and kneel; frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted; occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance; and continuously stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Watch for and report building irregularities, such as property damage, fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and security doors left unlocked.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed or directed.
  

Availability:

Job Requirements:

• Must be available to work weekends

• Show a positive attitude and be punctual and dependable.

• Have reliable transportation to and from work.

• Utilize and provide a personal email address.

• Be comfortable using web-based systems to view and record information.
