September 13, 2025 We are seeking a motivated German-Speaking Vendor Consultant to join our AVS-NOP team. In this role, you will support vendors by ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and performance within our marketplace. You will act as the primary contact for German-speaking partners, providing insights, resolving issues, and helping them maximize success through AVS-NOP programs. Responsibilities: Provide support to German-speaking vendors, ensuring compliance with AVS-NOP standards. Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and vendor guidance. Analyze vendor performance data to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance vendor experience and operational efficiency. Educate vendors on tools, processes, and best practices to drive growth. Document cases, track performance metrics, and report trends to management. Qualifications: Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communication, or related field preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in vendor management, account management, or customer service is a plus. Proficiency with MS Office tools and data analysis.
