We are seeking an experienced Global EOSH Auditor to join our Technical Global Audit Organization (GAO) and play a critical role in ensuring the quality, food safety, and environmental, occupational safety, and health (EOSH) compliance of our manufacturing and distribution operations. Job Summary As a Global EOSH Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting risk-focused, compliance, and systems-based audits of our worldwide internal and external bottling and distribution operations to verify conformance to our EOSH requirements. You will leverage your critical thinking and investigative skills to identify risk situations and areas of non-compliance, and prepare comprehensive, fact-based audit reports that enable operations to pinpoint the root causes of non-conformances and develop effective corrective action plans. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute independent, risk-focused, compliance, and systems-based audits of our worldwide internal and external bottling and distribution operations to verify conformance to our EOSH requirements. Leverage critical thinking and investigative skills to accurately identify risk situations and areas of non-compliance. Prepare comprehensive, fact-based audit reports that enable operations to pinpoint the root causes of non-conformances and develop effective corrective action plans. Continuously seek insights on industry trends and technology that will further enhance our organization's value proposition and performance. Participate in the review, development, and enhancement of our company standards, policies, and procedures. Travel 50%+ domestically and internationally to conduct audits and engage with various stakeholders. Requirements Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related technical field. 5+ years of experience in an operational EOSH role in manufacturing and/or distribution operations. Proven track record of driving EOSH performance and continuous improvement. Fluent in English (written and verbal), proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: ISO 14001, 39001, and/or 45001 Lead Auditor Certifications. Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, NEBOSH Diploma). Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of EOSH regulations, standards, and best practices. Excellent critical thinking, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Strong time management and organizational skills.
