Role Overview

The Global Innovation and Customer Success Manager for Ruminants designs, drives, and delivers scientific and technical programs supporting innovation, product development, and customer success. The role combines scientific leadership, field technical expertise, and customer-focused problem solving to develop and implement value-added nutritional solutions for ruminants.

What You Will Do

Lead the development and execution of the ruminant scientific and innovation strategy, provide scientific expertise in ruminant nutrition and health, design and coordinate research activities, build and maintain a strong scientific network, and provide advanced technical support to regional teams and customers.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a PhD in ruminant nutrition or related field with at least 7 years of experience in R&I and technical support functions.
