Global Payroll Manager Responsibilities: • Designing and administering employee benefits globally with support from third-party vendors, benefits brokers, and internal team, ensuring cost-effective and industry-competitive benefits • Ensure operations are performed in compliance with company policies, country, state/province, and local laws and are aligned with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) • Managing global payroll team processes and oversight of payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees, required country reporting, & payroll tax filing • Reconciling and approving all payroll operational steps and funding in partnership with internal teams in HR and Finance Global Payroll Manager Qualifications: • 5 years of multi-state and international payroll processing experience • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field • Experience in global payroll platform/systems such as Workday, ADP, and/or Celergo/Streamline • Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Office applications There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
