About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to lead a multi-year, enterprise-wide global technology transformation initiative. This large-scale programme involves a complete re-evaluation of the technology landscape and business processes to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and future-ready. All current and future sites are within scope. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. You will take full accountability for governance, delivery, stakeholder alignment, resource planning, and financial performance while managing globally distributed teams and vendors in a high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end programme governance, delivery, and benefits realisation Define programme roadmaps, resourcing plans, and manage budgets exceeding €10M Oversee multiple workstreams with competing priorities and interdependencies Engage and report confidently at executive and C-suite level Lead senior stakeholder forums and steering committees Deliver clear, structured reporting using RAID logs, dashboards, and executive summaries Manage third-party vendors, outsourced partners, and cross-functional internal teams Provide leadership to site teams through change, adoption, and transformation readiness Ensure ERP and enterprise platform programmes are delivered on time and within scope Required Qualifications: 10+ years' experience in programme management across complex global transformations Proven success managing ERP programmes and tracking benefits realisation Skilled in stakeholder management at executive and board level Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks Proficient in programme tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint Experience leading distributed delivery teams and managing external partners Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems such as Evolve 4 Background in FMCG, supply chain, or manufacturing environments PgM certification preferred (minimum PMP/Prince2)
