A private investment firm is seeking a GoHighLevel specialist to assist with the technical setup and execution of a CRM and automation system supporting a capital raise.
The system architecture has already been fully designed, including pipelines, workflows, automation logic, messaging structure, tagging, and compliance considerations. Detailed documentation and implementation instructions will be provided.
The role is focused on execution, configuration, integration, testing, and handoff rather than strategy or consulting.
Scope of Work
• Pipeline setup with multiple stages
• 7 workflow builds (with internal branching and sub-flows)
• Calendar and booking configuration (Cal.com)
• SMS and email template setup (copy will be provided)
• Integration with n8n, Cal.com, DropboxSign, and Zoom
• Contact import, tagging, and segmentation
• Lead routing and notifications
• System testing and validation
• Final walkthrough and training session
This is a one-time setup project with a clearly defined scope.
Required Experience
• Strong GoHighLevel experience
• Workflow and automation configuration
• Integrations (n8n, Cal.com, DropboxSign, Zoom)
• SMS / A2P setup familiarity
