We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to improve and relaunch our Google Ads efforts as we expand into a new market.
The role includes auditing our existing campaigns, then building/improving:
a branded search campaign (SERP protection + visibility)
a lead generation search campaign (qualified leads, not volume)
Scope of Work
Phase 1: Audit + Setup
Audit existing Google Ads campaigns and tracking
Provide a short action plan (key fixes + opportunities)
Build/improve:
Branded Search campaign (brand protection / visibility)
Lead Gen Search campaign (qualified leads)
Create ads + extensions/assets and confirm conversion tracking
Phase 2: Ongoing Maintenance (Weekly)
Monitor performance, search terms, and spend
Add negatives, adjust bids, and refresh ads as needed
Provide a brief weekly summary + recommendations
Requirements
Proven experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns (branded + lead gen)
Strong with match types, negative keyword strategy, and conversion tracking
Clear communication and ability to work quickly and independently
