Role: Google Cloud Trainer Conversational AI & CCAI Specialist Location: Seattle, WA or nearby - Remote (PST Preferred) Duration: 6+ months Contract Key Responsibilities • Deliver Google Cloud training modules aligned with the integrated curriculum. • Teach Google Cloud Platform fundamentals (IAM, Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Storage, VPC networking, Logging/Monitoring). • Lead Dialogflow CX labs, including intent/entity modeling, flow design, webhook integration, and multi-channel deployments. • Introduce Google Cloud AI/ML services (Vertex AI, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech) and integrate them with contact center workflows. • Guide learners on CCAI modules (Agent Assist, Insights, conversation profiles, human handoff strategies). • Facilitate hands-on labs in Google Cloud Skills Boost (Qwiklabs). • Provide certification coaching for Google Associate Cloud Engineer and Dialogflow CX/CCAI Specialization. • Mentor learners on capstone projects that integrate Dialogflow with Amazon Connect or Google CCAI solutions. Required Skills & Expertise • Strong expertise in Google Cloud fundamentals (IAM, Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, VPC). • Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX (agents, intents, entities, flows, fulfillment). • Knowledge of Contact Center AI components (Agent Assist, Insights, telephony integration). • Familiarity with multi-cloud architectures (AWS + Google Cloud Platform integrations is a plus). • Experience designing and delivering cloud AI training content. • Google Certifications: Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Dialogflow CX/CCAI Specialization, Professional Cloud Architect (preferred). • Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills.
