As we scale, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by shaping the visual identity of our investor-facing and operational materials. Position Overview: We’re seeking a part-time or full-time Graphic Designer with experience in real estate, finance, or investment communications to support our brand, investor materials, presentations, and marketing collateral. This role requires someone who understands the nuances of financial storytelling and can bring sophistication, clarity, and polish to everything we put into the world. Key Responsibilities: -Design and update investor presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and offering memoranda -Create compelling visual assets for digital and print including reports, newsletters, social media content, and email campaigns -Collaborate with leadership and marketing to ensure brand consistency across all communications -Support website design updates and landing page layout in collaboration with web development partners -Translate complex data and financial information into clean, intuitive, and engaging visuals Qualifications: -3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a financial, investment, or real estate setting -Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated and professional design work -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma or similar tools -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high expectations and tight deadlines -Excellent communication and collaboration skills -Chicago-based or willing to work hybrid from Chicago (preferred) Nice to Have: -Familiarity with investor communications, private equity, or real estate marketing workflows -Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, or other CMS platforms -Motion graphics or video editing experience Compensation & Benefits: -Competitive hourly or salaried compensation depending on experience and availability -Flexible schedule with potential for remote work -Opportunity for growth within a dynamic and high-performing team Apply Job!
