Primary Objective: Revenue & Client Growth Success in this role is defined by new clients, increased sales, and revenue growth. Key Expectations • Develop and launch revenue-generating marketing strategies and campaigns • Generate qualified insurance leads that convert into clients • Support increased policy sales across multiple product lines • Optimize funnels, messaging, and campaigns to improve conversion • Build repeatable systems for ongoing lead flow and revenue growth This role carries direct responsibility for strategy and execution tied to revenue outcomes. Duties • Own the growth and revenue marketing strategy for HDA Insurance • Design and execute campaigns to generate leads and clients • Coordinate organic and paid growth initiatives • Manage and optimize digital campaigns using Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools to maximize ROI. • Create compelling content for various platforms • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. • Track performance, conversion metrics, and revenue impact • Manage advertising sales initiatives by identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships. • Monitor budgets for campaigns and ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels. • Support B2B marketing efforts by targeting corporate clients through tailored messaging and outreach strategies. Ownership & Accountability This role carries ownership over revenue-driving strategy and execution. Collaboration with internal sales/licensed agents is expected, but accountability for growth outcomes sits with this role. Qualifications • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and campaign design. • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools. • Excellent research skills combined with copywriting expertise for compelling messaging. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies. • Experience in B2B marketing and product management is advantageous. • Effective budgeting skills with a focus on maximizing campaign impact within allocated resources.
