Responsibilities
- Send, respond, and manage sales emails and messages daily, ensuring prompt and thoughtful connection. This is the primary focus of this position
- Identifying, prospecting, and reaching out to potential customers across channels
- Managing and updating the CRM daily to reflect accurate pipeline activity
- Proactively checking in on and following up after scheduled meetings
- Supporting sales development through clear, persuasive written communication
- Crafting engaging and informative copy for sales and growth efforts
- Supporting marketing initiatives across blogs, documentation, social media, and other customer-facing surfaces
Skills
- Background in Sales Development, Growth, Marketing, or Business Development
- Proven experience in sales communication, follow-ups, and copywriting
- Comfortable managing multiple sales conversations at once
- Experience maintaining and growing a professional social media presence
- Highly organized with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales
- Experience with onboarding new accounts and administrative setup
- Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Python, or Pandas
