GTM Engineer (Clay & Claude)

We're looking for a GTM Engineer who lives inside Clay and Claude. This is not a generalist automation or RevOps role. You will spend the majority of your time building and scaling Clay-powered enrichment workflows and Claude-driven AI agents that turn raw prospect data into personalized, actionable outbound assets at scale.

Clay is your primary build environment. Claude is your primary intelligence layer. You need to be deeply fluent in both, not just familiar. That means building advanced Clay tables from scratch, writing Claude prompts that produce structured and reliable research outputs, optimizing waterfall enrichment across providers, and connecting everything into CRM pipelines that activate automatically. If you are not working in Clay and Claude daily right now, this role is not the right fit.
