Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately. Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy. Make the guest aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events. Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest. Understand and show guests how to use Wallet and other features within the Target App. Attempt every return and follow register prompts, partnering with leaders as needed. Partner with leaders to de-escalate negative situations and recover the guest shopping experience. Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests. Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area. Support guest services such as order pick up and Drive-up Orders. Support Cash Office processes as needed. Requirements Communicating effectively, including using positive language and being attentive to guests' needs. Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment. Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members. Attention to detail while multi-tasking. Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
