Head of Accounting

Head of Accounting @ PE-Backed FinTech £100,000 - £120,000 Per Annum & Share Options Codex are exclusively working with a Private-Equity Backed FinTech looking to hire for a Head of Accounting to work with the CFO to in-house and build out scalable finance function. The incoming Head of Accounting will be creating the finance processes from scratch, as they move from an outsourced model to an in-house finance function. This will be built around their new ERP, NetSuite, for an automated and tech-enabled approach. Due to the current set-up, this role will involve both long-term strategy design alongside hands-on reporting responsibilities. We are looking to speak with Heads of Accounting / Financial Controllers who have previous experience in a scaling SaaS / FinTech that has gone through Series B-D. Accounting Qualification and Big4 Audit are a must for this opportunity, with a preference for those with NetSuite experience.
